Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window. This means you can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at [email protected]. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to return your item. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you were sent the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the situation and make necessary corrections.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and conduct an inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
