We ship worldwide using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method, meaning you won’t need to handle customs clearance or pay any duties on your orders.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

RETURNS
If you want to change your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only make changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. After shipping, changes are not possible, and you’ll need to follow the return procedure.
To return a product, please email [email protected] to start the return process. The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. After approval, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
